What is a DHA file?
A DHA file is the paperwork that gives its holder the right to a plot of a given size in a DHA phase before the plot itself is identified. The plot number and block are assigned later, at the ballot.
Why does each file type have its own price?
Allocation, affidavit, barcode and unsuccessful files carry different paperwork and different risks, so they trade at different prices. Our rate pages track each type separately so you can compare like with like.
How do you get these prices?
They come from our own daily checks with buyers and sellers. Each price is one indicative figure for that file type and size. A deal can settle slightly above or below it, so message us to confirm, and verify the file with DHA, before you pay anything.
